As one who loves the passionate energy of colors, very rarely have I watched art being brought to life on cinema where each piece seems to have been created out of great love and sensitivity , somehow touching the very soul.
Art needs to be widely explored and gently, compassionately unfolded before the unawakened. Even a single color needs to be experienced in all its solitary, unadulterated glory. The true richness and expression of the color must come forth as it is.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali s’ SAANWARIYA must be applauded for the visual splendour…the soft, enchanting, feel its majestic sets exude. The artistic interpretation of the small town with walls and floors painted with lotuses and peacocks. The boats and lakes to the larger than life Buddha and the busy streets, each artwork had a story to tell and all fascinatingly expressed in blues and greens alone..
Its probably a first where each frame was made to look like a painting with just the right camera work.
Heres to the power of a single color!
